Delivery Times

Items will be posted within 3-5 working days of the order, via Royal Mail (for smaller items) or DPD for larger items. All original work will be posted via recorded delivery/ tracking. 

Returns and Refunds 

Please pay attention to the dimensions of the product before purchasing, refunds will not be made for size reasons unless the original listing was incorrect.

Full refunds will only be issued if there is a fault with the product, once returned. The buyer must cover the postage costs.

I appreciate that it can be difficult to judge artwork from a photo, and that under different light conditions paintings can look different. The photos are unfiltered and best represented of the artwork in real life. I am happy to negotiate a return and refund if the artwork does not match your expectations. In these circumstances a part refund will be issued to cover the postage and packaging expenses.
